Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund of services

Service Cancellation and Refund Services provided by Apollon Lab may be canceled only if they have not yet been delivered or if the service process has not started.

If the service has already begun (e.g., preparation of documents, initiation of the registration process, consultation), no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled before the start of the service by submitting a written request (via email or official letter). If the process has already started, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

If the cancellation is made on time and the service has not yet started, the payment will be refunded using the same method as the original payment. For card payments, the refund may take a few days depending on the bank.
